Mat Pilates
A full bodied work out to strengthen and tone whilst improving flexibility, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
Express Pilates
An intense Pilates inspired 30 minute work out, suitable for busy people with busy lifes, incorporating cardio and strengthening exercises.
Yin Yoga
A meditative practice foccused on surrendering the mind and body. Poses are held for long periods of time and allow for deep states of stillness and space in the body, mind and breath.
Yoga Flow
This class is designed to help you connect to yourself through a sequence of fluid movements that strengthen and stretch the physical body, encourages focus and ease in the mind. An inclusive practice that welcomes all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a flowing yoga style combining breath with movement. This strong class (with plenty of modifications on offer)is like a moving meditation that will build strength, increase flexibility and create a calm mind. Bring your curiosity and expect every part of your body to be challenged.
Strength / Tone Class
A fun, low impact, strength and toning class. This class focuses on isolating muscle groups as well as low impact power movements using upper and lower body at the same time for an overall workout. It uses all types of equipment, weights, resistance bands, fit balls, steps and of course own body weight.
