Our Story
We are a home based Pilates & Yoga Studio in leafy Langwarrin on the Mornington Peninsula.
We are a fun loving team with our clients needs at heart. Our team is diverse in teaching methods catering to all levels of fitness and experience within both the Pilates and Yoga environment.
Meet the Team
Tracey - Pilates Instructor
Tracey fell in love with Pilates whilst receiving care for Total Hip Replacement Surgery at the age of 40. She fell in love with it so much she decided to become an Instructor. Pilates gave her a new lease on life and wanted to share this passion with other people. Tracey is a fun loving and caring instructor but will also make sure you receive a good work out during her sessions.
Sharon - Fitness Instructor
Sharon has been working in the fitness industry for 35 years. She has extensive experience taking all types of group fitness classes.
Her passion is teaching toning classes incorporating functional, low impact, strength and toning exercises. She provides a class that is suitable for all fitness ages and fitness levels and will finish with relaxing stretch and cool down. She uses a variety of equipment during her classes including but not limited to weights, resistance bands, fit balls and Pilates Bar.
